This is the original head gasket for the Vespa LX and Vespa S, as well as the Piaggio models mentioned in the title.
In all cases, this gasket only fits models with a 4 stroke 2 valve engine (4T2V).
Choose the correct thickness of the gasket, for this purpose measure for example with a caliper the thickness of the old gasket.
Or measure how much the piston protrudes above the cylinder in the highest position.
