This Bitubo YXB is a gas (nitrogen) damped rear shock absorber for Vespa Primavera and Sprint (S) scooters. Oil and gas are separated by a floating separation piston. The dual suspension system ensures perfect balance and optimal road handling and damping.
The body of this shock absorber is made of high-strength steel alloy, finished with anti-rust and anti-wear treatments. The mount underneath is made in one piece (aluminum alloy, CNC milled).
The preload of the spring is adjustable by means of a stepless single aluminum ring. Included in the package is a key to adjust the ring.
